Chizuk Amuno Congregation & Schools & Camps in Baltimore, MD seeks an Operations Team Lead to oversee event space setup, breakdown, and ongoing facilities management. You will supervise the facilities staff, ensure safety, and optimize resource use for a wide range of programs.

The role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Occasional weekend/evening hours are expected during major events.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years related experience.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Preferred: associate's or bachelor's degree; 3–5 years facilities management.

Mansioni

• Set up and break down facilities for events and return spaces to normal.
• Read floor plans and arrange tables, chairs, AV equipment as instructed.
• Address immediate needs during events and assist guests with on-site changes.
• Conduct daily space inspections for maintenance or safety issues.
• Manage janitorial and restroom supplies and stockrooms.
• Communicate proactively with supervisor on priority issues.
• Follow safety regulations and protect facility property.
