Job summary

Robertet, a leading natural ingredients company, is seeking an Associate Facilities Engineer to support maintenance, reliability, EHS, and quality control across our New Jersey sites. You will drive projects, coordinate contractors, and improve building systems to maintain safe, compliant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and fluency in English; GMP, food, and NEC-classified areas experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Some related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, production, EHS, and QC through engineering and project management.
• Plan and manage large-scale engineering projects from design to closeout.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure safety standards and schedules.
• Maintain CMMS records and help develop five-year facility plans.
