Job summary

The Associate Facilities Engineer at Robertet Group supports maintenance, production, EHS, and Quality Control across the New Jersey and New York sites. Within the Facilities, Maintenance, and Engineering group, this role helps improve facility reliability and equipment performance while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Some related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Support planning and execution of large-scale engineering projects.
• Maintenance and Reliability Engineering: Coordinate contractors, diagnose issues, and maintain CMMS records.
• Sustainability: Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce water, waste, and energy use.
• Support operation and continuous improvement of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Work environment and safety: comply with SOPs and safety standards.
