Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a subject matter expert to independently process, reconcile and balance for assigned products in line with policy and procedures. You will research and respond to complex issues escalated from operations teams and lead communication on resolution status to internal and external partners.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations, processing, or customer service, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail to operate under tight

Qualifications

• Education: High school or GED (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years of relevant operations, processing, or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to research and resolve issues with analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication of complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Research, respond and resolve sophisticated issues from high-priority advisors, clients, or partners; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage a high-volume case load; ensure timely resolution.
• Process routine and sophisticated transactions for high-priority accounts.
• Audit, process transactions, and approve reissued/rewritten transactions; frontline underwriting where appropriate.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions as appropriate.
• Participate in team or department projects as assigned.
