You will work with management and customers, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships across ATS functions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to supervise people.
• Outstanding people and communication skills; proficient with Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Accounts for expenses of assigned departments (labor, overtime, travel).
• Coaches personnel, prepares evaluations, and assists with career planning and training.
• Conducts meetings with management and customers; maintains reporting.
• Develops and maintains business relationships across ATS departments.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college
