Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Operations Business Management team within the Operational Excellence group.

The role focuses on aligning ERP processes with GA-ASI's business strategy and driving targeted improvements across multiple departments and the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations/finance background, proven leadership, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related discipline is typically required.
• At least six years of progressively complex experience in project administration.
• Strong understanding of project management processes, planning, scheduling, and budget management.
• Ability to initiate, plan and manage projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks delivering new or upgraded products or services.
