Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience OR
• HS diploma/GED with 8+ years of manufacturing CI experience
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications preferred
• Strong background in Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma
• Experience in manufacturing operations and plant CI
• Data analytics using process and financial metrics
• Leading CI projects from concept through implementation
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level
• Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks
• Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies
• Partner directly with front-line teams using a hands‑on, floor‑based leadership approach
• Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full‑scale rollouts
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support
• Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts
• Travel up to 20% as needed
