Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a results-driven professional to lead Daily Management Systems for the Business Unit, driving continuous improvement and equipment reliability across mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

You will develop team capability, leverage Power BI/Apps and other Microsoft tools, and collaborate across Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver small projects and capital initiatives that support safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Daily Management Systems for the Business Unit.
• Improve reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Develop employee capability related to systems and standards.
• Lead capital project initiatives within the Business Unit.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other partners.
