Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Utilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee, lead, and optimize the plant's boiler, steam, refrigeration, and utility systems. You will drive reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance while managing a team of technicians and coordinating with Operations, Engineering, EH&S, and Reliability Center of Excellence.

You will use SAP Plant Maintenance for work management, monitor KPIs, and support capital projects, with a focus on reducing downtime and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience in maintenance.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience; utilities experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with boilers, steam, ammonia refrigeration, wastewater, compressed air, and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (PSM/RMP, EPA, OSHA, NFPA, boiler codes).
• Proficient with SAP Plant Maintenance and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and compliance of plant utilities (boilers, steam, ammonia refrigeration, etc.).
• Lead and develop the utilities maintenance team, including scheduling and coaching.
• Reduce downtime through system optimization and best practices.
• Manage the utilities maintenance budget and monitor expenditures.
• Support capital planning for infrastructure upgrades and replacements.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance strategies.
• Track KPIs and address major losses; maintain documentation and procedures.
