Conagra Brands is seeking a Reliability Engineering professional to lead a world-class Reliability Engineering program within the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence. You will guide cross-functional teams to develop processes, standards, and KPIs that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness.
The role includes ownership of asset risk management, training in RCM concepts, and collaboration with plant leadership to apply
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering or related roles.
- Experience implementing Reliability Engineering processes and programs.
- Experience with Predictive Maintenance technologies (vibration, infrared, oil).
- Experience with Weibull analysis preferred.
Responsabilités
- Lead asset criticality management and risk mitigation planning.
- Develop and maintain SAP Plant Maintenance processes and data integrity.
- Perform Weibull analyses to guide maintenance strategies.
- Apply Preventive Maintenance Evaluation and Optimization to improve maintenance performance.
- Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance analyses and trainings.
