Job summary

Conagra Brands in Henning, IL seeks a leader to drive operational excellence at the PAM cooking spray facility. You will own Daily Management Systems, improve equipment reliability, and lead small projects while partnering across Operations, Finance, Engineering and Supply Chain.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and strong skills in Power BI, Power Apps, Excel and PowerPoint, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Daily Management Systems for the Business Unit, including creation, deployment and sustainment of standards.
• Improve reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Develop employee capability related to systems, standards and technical understanding.
• Foster technological transformation through use/adoption/improvement of digital tools.
• Analyze data across KPIs to identify, prioritize and track improvements.
• Lead small groups through structured problem solving using defined methodologies.
• Manage small projects independently using Conagra Performance System tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain and Maintenance.
• Lead capital project initiatives within the Business Unit.
