Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in sales operations or sales strategy in a mid-to-large-scale tech company.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling, process mining platforms, or automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from diagnosis through implementation.
• Observe processes, identify bottlenecks with quantitative analysis and process mining.
• Define and standardize processes for AI-enabled operation with decision logic and handoffs.
• Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption of standardized methodologies across organizations and build repeatable frameworks.
