Job summary

The role involves root cause analysis, CAPA determination, and monitoring timelines to ensure compliance with Sharp SOPs, along with contributing to documentation efforts and process improvements on the packaging floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience with CAPA and root cause analyses.
• Ability to track and report on events and deviations.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate root cause analysis and CAPA for Events and Deviations.
• Ensure timely closure and CAPA implementation.
• Monitor system timelines for Events and Deviations per SOPs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Documentation.
• Assist in creation and review of documentation requirements for projects.
• Support host plant tours and customer visits.
• Represent the Operations Department in internal documents and audits.
