Job summary

Sharp is seeking a resourceful Operations Coordinator to support our Manufacturing Operations. You will initiate Events and Deviations, assist in documentation for new and ongoing projects, and coordinate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and the Documentation Department.

You will analyze production data, conduct root cause analysis, implement CAPA, and help ensure timely release of documents to run the packaging floor.

Qualifications

• Experience performing root cause analysis for Events and Deviations.
• Ability to track and report events weekly and CAPA status.
• Experience coordinating with Project Managers and Documentation Department.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, facilitate and assist in root cause analysis, problem solving and CAPA determination for Events and Deviations.
• Ensure successful closure and CAPA implementation for Events and Deviations.
• Ensure the system timelines are met for Events and Deviations per Sharp’s SOPs.
• Determine, facilitate and/or complete corrective and preventive action activities for Event and Deviation reports.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to capture all applicable information related to Events and Deviations.
• Track and report all open Events and Deviations weekly.
• Interfere with Project Managers, Account Managers and Documentation Department to resolve issues related to timely release of documents to run the packaging floor.
• Observe packaging operations/process flow and recommend improvements to minimize defects.
• Formulate/review Sharp SOPs/WRKIs to improve production methods and efficiency.
• Assist Production Supervisors and Head of Operations as required.
