Job summary

Sharp Packaging Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support CAPA, events and deviations, and documentation across the COE and Operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure issues are captured and addressed throughout the lifecycle.

You will work with Project Managers, Account Managers, and the Documentation Department, participate in customer visits and plant tours, and analyze production data to drive improvements in methods and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
• Familiarity with SOPs and WRKIs in manufacturing.
• Strong coordination with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assist in CAPA for Events and Deviations.
• Ensure timely closure of CAPA actions.
• Interface with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Documentation.
• Track and report open Events/Deviations weekly.
• Support creation and review of project documentation.
