• Experience in operational excellence and ability to support resource management queries through skill searches and stakeholder connect.
• Evidence of stakeholder management and influencing skills in a global work environment.
• Assist in structuring, planning and execution of workflow and schedules, effective time utilization, delivery of project deliverables, and escalation management.
• Contribute to strategic objectives by researching trends and implementing best practices to advance KGDC up the value chain.
• Understand audit terms and concepts to align employee skills to engagement staffing needs.
• Continuously engage with stakeholders and Operations team to define policy, procedures, or systems accordingly.
