Job summary

Codale Electric Supply, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks an Operations Improvement Associate to support day-to-day continuous improvement across the business. You will monitor queues, resolve transaction issues, and maintain inventory and data in warehouse systems while supporting standardized processes, reporting, and training.

You will collaborate with branches, Sales, Finance, Shared Services, customers, and IT to drive improvements, complete billing and admin tasks, and escalate

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, warehouse, inventory control, billing or related process-support role.
• Experience researching transaction issues, validating data, and ERP/warehouse systems preferred.
• Experience creating process documentation or user training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve operational issues with branches, warehouses, and IT.
• Monitor queues, transactions, inventory, and billing activities to keep processes moving.
• Support standardized processes, reporting, and training; document findings.
• Identify recurring issues and help implement practical improvements.
