Job summary

Codale Electric Supply is seeking an Operations Improvement Associate to support day-to-day continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business. You will monitor queues, research and resolve transaction issues, and support standardized processes, reporting, and training.

You will work with branches, warehouses, Sales, Finance, Shared Services, customers, vendors, carriers, and IT to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and implement practical solutions while escalating

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, warehouse, inventory control, billing, customer service, or a related process-support role preferred.
• Experience researching transaction issues, validating data, and working in an ERP or warehouse system preferred.
• Experience creating process documentation or delivering user training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• This role works with branches, warehouses, Sales, Finance, Shared Services, customers, vendors, carriers, and IT to research and resolve operational issues, keep critical processes moving, and improve consistency.
• The Associate completes assigned queue, transaction, inventory, warehouse-system, returns, access, billing, documentation, reporting, and training activities; identifies recurring issues and improvement opportunities; supports implementation of practical solutions; and escalates complex or systemic concerns.
