Job summary

The Ohio State University seeks a Business Operations Analyst for the FAES | School of Environment and Natural Resources. You will manage event planning and coordination, maintain OWS websites and databases, and support fiscal and administrative teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating travel, handling PCard and Workday processes, and ensuring timely, compliant operations while marketing extension programs and assisting with outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of relevant experience; strong customer service mindset and collaborative style of work.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with University's Financial Information systems including Workday Requisitions, Spend Authorizations, PCard, Travel.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of spreadsheet and database software applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all logistical aspects of SENR outreach, academic, and stakeholder events.
• Schedule events, manage calendars, identify and reserve venues.
• Coordinate catering, AV, transportation, and facilities.
• Manage event registration and communications through Cvent.
• Develop and maintain event timelines and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with university policies.
