Jacuzzi Group Bath Remodel in Portland, OR is seeking a Central Operations Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, ERP/CRM systems, inventory, and payments. The role emphasizes accurate financial handling and an optimized customer journey across order fulfillment and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of office management experience in remodeling or manufacturing, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with Salesforce Lightning. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Office Management/Business Administration Management experience in a construction, remodeling or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• ERP Management: Approve orders, allocate inventory, and reconcile payments in ERP.
• Order/Inventory Coordination: Align fulfillment with inventory and production capacity; resolve discrepancies.
• CRM Management: Use Salesforce Lightning to track project progress and generate engagement reports.
• AP/AR Management: Oversee payables, invoicing, and AP/AR performance reporting.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in ERP/CRM processes and implement improvements.
• Communication/Reporting: Provide updates on order status, inventory, and collections; report to management.
• Change Orders: Process business change orders promptly and accurately.
• Payments Processing: Manage all forms of payment within one day of receipt.
• Supply Orders: Maintain supplies at the branch.
