Jacuzzi Bath Remodel in Seattle is seeking an experienced Sr. Production Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement to elevate customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing the Operations team (Installation Managers, Installation teams, Warehouse, office staff), budgeting, vendor relations, OSHA compliance, and coordinating with Jacuzzi Group facilities for timely material delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations or related field.
• 5+ years in operations/leadership role.
• Experience in One Day Bath or related home improvement industries preferred.
• Strong project management and process optimization skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement improvements.
• Inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and develop the Operations team including Installation Managers, Installation teams, Warehouse, and office staff.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities for productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Jacuzzi Group facilities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
