Eaton’s Early Career Programs offer a two-year rotational path to develop future leaders in the Electrical Sector. Participants gain exposure to manufacturing, testing, and customer engagement while rotating through multiple sites in the United States.

The program includes hands-on design, engineering, and project leadership experiences, with relocation support and mentorship from senior leaders to accelerate career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution with graduation before July 2027.
• Minimum GPA 2.8+ (no rounding).
• At least one internship or co-op or 3 months of relevant experience.
• Relocation assistance provided within 50 miles of Cleveland, TN or Sumter, SC.
• Eaton does not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Join a two-year rotational program to develop future operational leaders.
• Rotations alternate across manufacturing, engineering, and production oversight.
• Interact with manufacturing teams, sales, customers, and program managers.
• Lead capital projects and support new product launches.
• Collaborate with Product Line Engineering to improve designs and prototypes.
