Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in operations engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of manufacturing processes and capital investments.
• Manage a team of process, manufacturing, and industrial engineers.
• Develop, implement, and achieve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency standards.
• Provide status reporting on safety, budget, staffing, volume, and performance metrics.
• Lead plant layout and workstation design and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage, motivate, and inspire others to promote a healthy morale environment.
