You will collect data, learn manufacturing processes, and help identify process improvements while managing projects from scope to verification. You will work on-site on the plant floor, coordinating with contractors and other resources, and communicating results through standard reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must work in office and plant environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technicians to identify process improvement areas and learn manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate activities of contractors and hourly technicians.
• Prepare standard reports to communicate results.
• Manage projects from scope to verification and closure.
• Collect and analyze data to drive improvements and communicate outcomes.
