Job summary

As an intern, you will collaborate with plant technicians and salaried staff to learn manufacturing processes, collect data, and drive process improvements while managing projects end-to-end. You will work on-site in the Memphis plant, engage in data-driven initiatives, and communicate results through standard documentation.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in engineering with relevant coursework.
• Ability to collect data, define problems, and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Work with plant technicians to identify process improvements and learn manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate activities of contractors, hourly technicians, and other resources.
• Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results.
• Manage projects from scope development through verification.
• Collect, analyze, and use data to drive improvements with technicians and salaried staff.
