Job summary

Bunge's Engineering Internship Program seeks collaborative, results-oriented students with strong critical thinking and communication skills. The 12-week summer term will expose you to operations across the value chain with cross-functional experiences.

Location is determined by business needs; relocation may be required. You may be placed at crush/refine, packaging, or grain elevator facilities, with potential for co-op opportunities at select locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a four year accredited college or university.
• Majors listed include Chemical, Mechanical, Agricultural Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls.
• Must be collaborative, results oriented and possess strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operation of a Bunge facility with 70/20/10 governance.
• Develop understanding of plant operations and respond to inquiries from supervisors.
• Travel to other Bunge locations for training and exposure purposes.
• Assist location and corporate staff in evaluating changing operational conditions.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
