Job summary

The Bunge Engineering Internship Program is a 12-week summer opportunity designed to give you hands-on exposure to operations across Bunge’s value chain. You will rotate through locations related to crush, refine, packaging, or grain elevator facilities and participate in governance of the 70/20/10 learning model.

Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering with strong communication skills and the ability to relocate for the internship period.

Qualifications

Pursuing or completedBachelor's degree in Engineering from a four year accredited college or university.
Must be collaborative, results oriented and possess strong critical thinking skills.
Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and ambiguity.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in standard PC applications (MS Office).

Responsibilities

Participate fully in the day-to-day operation of a Bunge facility.
Develop understanding of plant operations and processes across value chain.
Respond to verbal or written inquiries from supervisors, mentors, or program manager.
Travel to other Bunge locations for training and exposure purposes.
Assist staff in evaluating changing operational conditions and communicating with internal and external customers.
