ExxonMobil is seeking an Operations Engineer within our Facilities Operations domain in the United States. The role focuses on developing, implementing, monitoring and improving maintenance plans, including preventative and predictive maintenance, while managing budgets for technical services and base building improvement projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field, with 3+ years in contract administration, project management, and budget

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience with contract administration and project management.
• 3+ years' experience with budget planning and stewardship.

Aufgaben

• Approve the selection of professional services (architects, engineers, interior designers).
• Review and approve or seek appropriate approvals for expenses and capital appropriations, commitments and invoices.
• Develop a strategic asset preservation program to maximize asset value.
• Stay informed on facilities management issues including regulations, design, construction, equipment, SHE issues.
• Develop training and development plans for operations staff.
• Manage operations and project staff (e.g., central plant operators, mechanical trades).
