ExxonMobil seeks an Operations Engineer to develop and manage maintenance plans, budgets for technical services, and asset preservation programs. You will oversee budget development for base building projects and supervise associated staff and contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline and 3+ years' experience in contract administration, project management, and budgeting. Travel and site coordination are possible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience with contract administration and project management.
• 3+ years' experience with budget planning and stewardship.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements maintenance plans including preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Develops and manages budgets for technical services area and base building improvement projects.
• Approves selection of professional services (e.g., architects, engineers).
• Reviews expense approvals, commitments and invoices in line with DOAG limits.
• Develops a strategic asset preservation program to maximize asset value.
