Job summary

The role emphasizes building dashboards and executive insights using Excel and Power BI, coordinating with senior leaders, and enabling adoption through training and documentation. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with 2+ years experience; MS with up to 2 years also acceptable; non-degreed candidates with 6+ years experience.
• Experience in auto or financial services preferred but not required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Excellent customer service, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement, readiness, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across functions.
• Own and maintain recurring reporting, scorecards, trackers, and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather needs, align priorities, and deliver solutions.
• Build Excel-based reporting with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and Power Query.
• Analyze trends, risks, opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify problems, conduct research, and implement solutions with minimal direction.
• Streamline manual reporting to reduce rework and increase scalability.
• Synthesize complex information into concise leadership-ready summaries.
• Support adoption through education, training, and documentation.
