Job summary

NextGear Capital, a division of Cox Automotive Inc., seeks a Product Manager II to translate business strategy into actionable product plans and maintain a well-groomed backlog. You will partner with engineering, operations, and business functions to deliver capabilities that improve outcomes for customers and internal teams.

You will drive discovery, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement while identifying opportunities for future enhancements based on customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 2 years' experience or equivalent combinations.
• Foundational skills in managing multiple priorities and translating business needs into product outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and tech teams to drive alignment and successful execution.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain accountability in evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Product Management support for NextGear Capital products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder insights into actionable product plans and maintain a groomed backlog.
• Define priorities, collaborate with engineering and architecture, and ensure delivery of valuable capabilities.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to develop business cases and product strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and user engagement to ensure success measures are met.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and AI-enabled enhancements.
