• Prior auto or financial services experience preferred; strong written/verbal/interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement, readiness, reporting, and process-improvement initiatives across functions.
• Own and maintain recurring reporting, scorecards, trackers, and dashboards for leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather needs, clarify objectives, and deliver practical solutions.
• Develop Excel-based reporting solutions with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Analyze trends and performance drivers; translate into actionable recommendations.
• Identify problems, research, and drive solutions with minimal direction.
• Support documentation, training, and adoption for new processes and tools.
• Coordinate materials and communication for enablement activities and meetings.
