Qualificações

• Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management or management consulting with a strong operational focus.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, supply chain optimization, or service operations.
• Proven track record leading complex operational improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management or management consulting with a strong operational focus.
• Proven expertise in areas such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, supply chain optimization, or service operations.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex operational improvement projects and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working with clients in the Free State region is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant analytical and modeling software.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
