Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or sales operations.
• Strong experience with Shopify is required.
• Experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive, Copper, or Salesforce.

• Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accurate data and pipeline tracking.
