Job summary

TCI Transportation is seeking a Driver Manager to lead a designated fleet and provide drivers with the support, direction, and resources they need to deliver freight safely and on time.

You will be the go-to contact for your team, coordinating freight planning, compliance, customer communication, and real-time problem-solving while maintaining DOT safety standards and sector best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a transportation driver management or dispatch role.
• Proven leadership in fleet oversight, scheduling, and operational logistics.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA compliance standards.
• Sharp decision-making and analytical skills to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Balancing needs of drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Flexibility to handle after-hours calls and weekend/holiday duties.

As a Driver Manager, you'll lead a designated fleet, ensuring drivers have the support, direction, and resources they need to deliver freight safely and on time.
