Job summary

TCI Transportation in Fontana, CA is seeking a Shop Service Manager to oversee the 24/7 maintenance operations of a busy diesel truck repair shop, manage technicians, ensure safety, and deliver excellent service in a family-like environment.

You will lead a skilled team, drive efficiency, recruit and mentor talent, manage budgets, and uphold DOT/OSHA standards while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years diesel technician experience
• 5+ years shop management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Familiar with DOT & OSHA regulations
• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus

About The Role

As our Shop Service Manager, you’ll oversee the 24/7 maintenance operations of a busy diesel truck repair shop. You’ll manage a team of skilled technicians, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and deliver superior service to our customers—all while fostering a positive, productive, and safe workplace.

• Salary: $80 to $90K (based on experience)
