Job summary

Flatland Energy Services in Midland, TX seeks an Operations Assistant and Driver to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and to drive the manager to field sites and Flatland properties as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work 5 AM–6 PM, Monday–Saturday, and on-call readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Administrative support experience preferred
• Willingness to work Monday–Saturday, 5 AM–6 PM and be on call 24/7 when needed

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager to maintain an efficient, well-organized department
• Drive the Operations Manager to field sites, stores, and Flatland locations
• Review files, emails, and documents to determine significance and respond as needed
• Research and prepare reports or correspondence for management
• Maintain and update operations workforce data with HR
• Generate daily/weekly reports and assist other departments as assigned
• Liaise between operations and other teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
