Job summary

Silfab Solar is seeking an Operations Assistant to coordinate document control, manage data, and support KPI reporting across Washington facilities. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and collaboration with production and management teams.

You will input data, maintain controlled documents, and assist with maintenance databases and safety committee records, contributing to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate document control activities for technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
• Input data into registers and formats to ensure accuracy and up-to-date status.
• Generate control reports and assist with site document typing and follow-up.
• Maintain controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings for traceability.
• Prepare and distribute schedules, logs, and KPI data for management.
