Job summary

Silfab Solar seeks a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and reliability of facility infrastructure and utilities supporting manufacturing. You will supervise Facilities Technicians, coordinate maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure safe handling of chemicals and process gases.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in facility maintenance with at least 2 years in leadership, plus strong mechanical/electrical/PLC skills and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facility maintenance/industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, PLC, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with chemical process systems and hazardous material operations in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Facilities Technicians and contractors, prioritizing work based on production and safety needs.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and coordinate chemical and process gas deliveries.
• Ensure safe operation and reliability of facility infrastructure, utilities, and building systems.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspections, permits, SDS documentation, and compliance records.
