Job summary

NHBlacklabs Delivery in Hooksett, NH is seeking a disciplined Operations/Dispatcher to manage 30–35 delivery routes daily and support drivers in the field. This in-person, high-accountability role requires structure, focus, and the ability to follow clear processes.

You will use multiple systems, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly with drivers and colleagues. The schedule is Sunday–Wednesday, 11-hour shifts, with health insurance as a provided benefit.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple routes or shipments daily.
• Comfortable using several computer systems and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and route support for 30–35 routes.
• Respond to driver needs in real time while they are in the field.
• Follow prescribed checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation.
• Escalate issues appropriately and keep operations flowing.
