Job summary

Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking an Operations Dispatcher to join our team for the PM shift. This full-time, in-office role supports charter, shuttle, and transportation services and coordinates schedules with drivers and the dispatcher team.

• Must have experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Experience with Dispatching not required, but preferred.
• Experience with transportation operating software highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate behind-the-scenes operations of charter and shuttle departments.
• Dispatch drivers and stay in continual communication with departments.
• Relay information to customers in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Be available Monday-Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

We are seeking an Operations Dispatcher to join our team. This position requires full-time in-person work at the company’s San Jose, CA office which is conveniently located by the San Jose Airport.

Position Overview

This role supports the daily operation of our charter, commuter shuttle, and transportation services during the PM shift. The successful candidate will help coordinate schedules, support drivers and the dispatcher team, ensure service quality, and assist with the efficient delivery of transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the behind-the-scenes operations of our charter & shuttle departments
• Dispatch drivers and remain in continual communication with various departments
• Relay information to customers
• Other duties and administrative tasks as assigned
• Must be available Monday-Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
