Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a closely related field.
• 8 years of progressive management experience, with 4–5 years in operational management.
• Experience in warehouse and transportation is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to advance into a Vice President of Operations position.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Vice President of Operations in shaping strategy, culture and direction.
• Set strategic direction for all aspects of operations in line with corporate strategy.
• Ensure safe, accurate, efficient daily operations across Inbound/Outbound Warehouse, Transportation, Fleet, Facilities and related systems.
• Oversee budget management, labor, assets and third-party contracts; monitor fiscal metrics and drive efficiency.
• Develop the operations management team and foster engagement and continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT, FDA, USDA, and local requirements; monitor safety and security.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer satisfaction and performance goals.
