You will partner across engineering, supply chain, finance, and safety to meet demand, ensure quality, and scale profitability. The role emphasizes safety culture, performance, and employee engagement, with executive reporting on KPIs and capital improvements to expand capacity.

• Experience leading operations in manufacturing/repair services.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Proven track record of driving safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies for steam turbine repair capabilities.
• Establish, track, and optimize KPIs to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee annual operating budget and align resources with forecasted volumes and goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering to meet OEM standards and customer quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Finance for cost control and scalability.
• Partner with Safety and HR to build a safety-first, high-performing culture.
• Provide executive-level reporting on performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead capital improvement plans to enhance repair capabilities, tooling, and capacity.
• Develop workforce programs for ongoing readiness and skills development.
• Support Commercial and Sales with technical input and service strategy insights.
• Ensure operations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
