Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct on-site Manufacturing/Machining leadership role, preferably in a power manufacturing/machining environment.
• Direct involvement and leadership in project management, process engineering, and customer engagement.
• Experience with OEM generator turbine businesses (oOEM).
• Fluent in English with ability to communicate effectively at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machining, welding, engineering, and supply chain strategies aligned with company-wide strategy.
• Lead strategic evaluations and initiatives to ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives, cost targets, and operations excellence.
• Identify and mitigate risks in division operations affecting cost, quality, or delivery.
• Identify and secure new customer relationships to drive revenue growth, domestically and internationally.
