Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct on-site Manufacturing/Machining leadership role, preferably in power manufacturing/machining environment.
• Direct involvement and leadership in project management, process engineering, and customer engagement.
• Experience with OEM generator turbine businesses.
• Fluent in English with ability to communicate effectively at executive levels.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and proven ability to drive sales in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machining, welding, engineering, and supply chain strategies aligned with company-wide strategy.
• Provide direction and support to Operations leadership and stakeholders in developing and executing strategic plans.
• Build and sustain industry-leading customer relationships; partner with Sales to close orders.
• Coach and mentor staff, ensuring safety, quality, and enterprise-wide collaboration.
