Manage staffing levels and utilization across the service line by tracking performance statistics and reallocating resources.
Maintain proper staffing and skill levels for current and future needs in line with goals; assign work based on client needs, project type, workload, and staff abilities.
Maintain service relationships with major long-term clients and ensure client satisfaction.
