Qualifications

• Certified Six-Sigma Green/Black Belt or pursuing.
• Distribution transformer experience is a plus.
• Experience with lean concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, cost-effective operations meeting safety and quality targets.
• Deploy global operations strategy within area of responsibility.
• Prepare and manage annual budget with cost optimization.
• Oversee plant equipment, personnel, and production processes for productivity.
