Verde Clean is seeking an Operations Director who will lead operational excellence, people development, and exceptional customer experiences across multiple sites. This role standardizes processes, drives safety, sustainability, and service quality while building high-performing teams aligned with Verde's culture.

You will partner with EHS and procurement, optimize resources, and mentor managers to enable growth and succession.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of progressive operations leadership experience in janitorial, facilities, or service-based industries.
• Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience managing direct reports and driving performance.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong understanding of operational processes, workforce planning, and service delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and mitigate safety and security risks across sites; conduct routine safety inspections and corrective actions.
• Promote environmentally responsible practices and track sustainability initiatives.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative workplace culture and support employee engagement in community initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and relationship management.
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, resource allocation, and priority setting; coach and develop managers.
