Verde is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day service execution across active project sites. You will manage resources, priorities, safety standards, and customer relationships while adapting to changing jobsite conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive operations experience, preferably in janitorial, facilities, or service industries.
• 1+ year of experience on active construction sites.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing direct reports.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required, or obtained within 60 days; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required; reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety standards and enforce PPE; promote Stop Work Authority and incident investigations.
• Schedule work, assign tasks, and prioritize activities around the project schedule and site access.
• Manage resources, priorities, service standards, and customer relationships across sites.
• Monitor service quality against scope of work, site-readiness, and company standards.
• Develop and maintain contractor relationships and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
