Job summary

Verde is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field operations, develop people, and build strong customer partnerships. You will oversee site teams, ensure service excellence, and drive continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of progressive operations experience in janitorial, facilities, ES.
• 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations and customer accounts.
• Working knowledge of workforce planning, labor utilization, quality management, and operating expense control.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn information into action.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, customer requirements, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
